DISPLAY Not Active!

My Autelis worked well when it was tested via CAT5 cable. When it was connected via Netgear Extender EX6120, it starting having problems.

In testing it today via CAT5 cable here are the results:
After booting and logging in status.xml is 50 but the display on the Pentair immediately shows "DISPLAY Not Active!"

When the Autelis UI is used to change the program, the Pentair pump does not respond and the Autelis status.xml is 3 and stays there until rebooted.
This is replicated each time the devices are rebooted.

Firmware 1.1.3
Brand new Pentair 350122 Communication Cable

Thanks for your post. Your pump shows it is in Feature 1 mode. Could you try changing it to Filter mode?

Thanks for the information. This sounds like your Autelis device is able to send commands to the pump but is unable to receive the answers sent from the pump. Please double check the wiring.
